    Useless piece of trivia - Wayne's World was on last week, happened to flick into it during the Bohemian Rhapsody bit, one of their mates headbanging in the back seat looked familiar - eventually worked out he's the reporter from Generation Kill.

    Good series, only 7 episodes, but well worth a look.

    I'm following this two.
    Its absolutly crazy ****. I mean the decisions made by superiors and "Captain America" just seems too....i dunno ****ing nuts??

    as usual missed the first few so does anyone know if it is coming out on dvd??
    also recognised reporter guy as tobias beacher from Oz, another classic series from hbo.

    He was also the war nut big brother in Weird Science the TV show.
    And he is in Oz.

    Godfather popped up in Fringe last week (hadn't recognised him before then).


    Yeah, it's a bit scary if decision making really is that bad.

    It's based on the reporters book, on events that happened while he was with the marines. So no more series.

    yet a great series,thanks for reminder.,also some other person mentioned its made by same people as the wire and he though the wire was best series ,but wonder has he seen the [origional ie before the wire ]called the corner,excellent and made 8 years ago,and featuring a lot of characters that have just appeared in the wire,
