Boxing legends Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield will stage an epic third fight in Abu Dhabi this October, Arabian Business can reveal.

Full details of the historic fight will be announced on Feb. 1. It is understood that the bout will be held at the open air Zayed Sports City Stadium in front of 25,000 boxing fans, with sources indicating it will be the “richest fight in history.”

Sources suggest that each fighter will earn more than $34 million for the Abu Dhabi clash, which is expected to be televised world-wide.

Please tell me this isnt happening.

in sports the dollar is king, if someone puts the money up it will happen, people will want to see it even though they know its a farce, i'd even watch it myself, and it is a farce.

If it actually happens then I will probably miss it, I mean if its on and I'm in the same room maybe I'll watch it but I wouldn't bother going out of my way to see what is guaranteed to be an awful fight.

Mike did alot for boxing and deserves a payday tbh.

Even the one's that hate the man and think he's a disgrace, must feel a little sorry for him?

I hope this fight goes through, with Mike getting his payday and Holy whopping his ass ( want to see Mike throwing a few trademark left hooks in the process :P )

We'll be hearing Holyfield-Tyson 3 could be happening for the next 10 years.. convieniently coinciding with the release of either fighters books/dvds etc.

On tyson being in ea sports fight night 4... why was he not in any of the other ones?

Oh and if the fight did go ahead I would watch it if it was free, but wouldnt pay to see it. If each man if fit and healthy and getting €34 million big ones each who am i to say it shouldnt happen just casue it would probably be a crap fight.
