    Lads,

Just though I would throw this out here. Cisco Security Course for €1800 starting soon in ITB Blanchardstown. Its a part time course every Thursday from 17:00 till 22:00 and helps towards CCSP certification. Sounds like a bargain to me. Check out this link.

the course you need to do is ISCW.

i dont know if you can do it in Dublin but you can check out GlobalKnowledge.

there is a really good video course on it that you can buy from CBTnuggets.com which i would highly recommend.

Am thinking of doing a cisco course . i have an engineering degree but no actual qualification on paper in computers. which would be the best Cisco course to do in the evenings.

    Thanks for any advice

I am amazed by the cost differences between Cisco's tuition and that of the California community colleges for the identical Cisco curriculum used to prep for Cisco certification testing. The CCC charges a tiny fraction of €1800 to those who have established California residency.

I can ordain you a Celtic Druid if you cross my hand with $2000

    Summary of the ceremony:
    • Dress with white hat on your head.
    • Fresh Irish cow dung is thrown at you.
    • You receive "Genuine 100%" Irish Turf.

Hey presto, You're now qualified Celtic Druid.

You're eligible for any IT job in the country..with lifetime pension.
    Most importantly - you're certified.

A CCNA is the obvious first step for anyone getting started with cisco..you can now split the course into two exams so its a bit easier..
Am doing this course in tallaght..would throughly recommend it..its about 3.5k for the year..two eves per week..
