    On Friday I was brought into the Board Room in my place of work. My Operations Manager and my Team leader informed me that I was being suspended with full pay as there are allegations of Gross Misconduct. The Misconduct in question is not answering calls when customer is on the phone. My Interview is on Tuesday and I will be taking a Union Rep in with me. I have only been there for 7 months but I have a permanent contract. I was informed by a friend who does Business Law in college not to admit fault.

    Just looking for advise what should I do?!?!?!
