    Hey,
    Racking my head trying to come up with a good topic for my thesis.
    I'm doing a Masters in Law and am looking at commercial oriented topics.
    I have a few on the boil, but what topics would you guys think would be of interest.
    Cheers in advance.

    1. Clayton Love Distribution and B&I - Alive and well and living in Ireland;
    2. Vicarious Liability in Irish law;
    3. The world after Pye - Challenges in Adverse Possession;
    4. What does Microsoft mean for Competition; and
    5. Civil Unions and Property.

    I didn't do a Law Masters, I did a Strategy one, the title can be amended as you move along.

    "To begin with, it is a toy and an amusement; then it becomes a mistress, and then it becomes a master, and then a tyrant. The last phase is that just as you are about to be reconciled to your servitude, you kill the monster, and fling him out to the public.”

    Winston Churchill.

    yeah, don't get too hung up on title, or even the subject matter. people can often find an area is worth doing a masters on and will move to a related topic. keep your supervisor informed.
