Changing font type!

    Am on an old school Dell Dimension 4100 and want to change the the font! For example, when i roll on thread titles on here i get a slanty italic font and in the browser bar etc in Mozilla.

    I went into Help Internet Tools font thing and it hasnt made a difference! Any ideas how to change the general searching/scrolling font to readable Times?;)
