Other channels deleted

Last 2 night my other channels have completely deleted themselves.

It's a sky+ box. The drive has 25% space left on it.
Also about a week ago the box froze twice (when pressing the remote red light on box lights but no ressponse), this was highlighted in another thread and resolved.

Anyone know a resolution and whether those 2 occurences are connected?

Box is about a month or two old.

Skyboxes have always deleted "other channels" periodically. Seems a bit related to using planner.

Sky only have the feature to avoid having the box banned by EU.

So, no, the two issues are not especially related.

Sorry for dragging up this question but it is happening every night between sleeping and waking. I even tried staying up to catch it last night but I can't. The other channels (not overloaded) are deleting or resetting or whatever. Is this an issue I could go to sky with? Is it a fault or as suggested above, something I just have to live with?I only have the box a few weeks.

    thanks guys.

Nah, the Pace boxes are OK, when compared to the other options! I specifically mean the 3rd generation ones with 80GB personal recording and Sky Anytime. Their main flaw seems to be the crapness of the Maxtor (dunno if they still use these) drives used.
