New appliances being delivered tomorrow - question about the old ones

I have a new cooker, extractor fan and fridge/freezer being delivered tomorrow. Powercity will be delivering the new and collecting the old. Does anyone know how strict they are on the f/f being defrosted???? Plus my old extractor fan is filthy. How strict are they on that???
