unable to view sky anytime videos

    i have sky+ with all 6 packs
    i do not have movies or sports only.
    i tried to view sky anytime - lost video on sky1 channel
    it is asking for some pin
    why is it asking for pin?
    i have sky1 included in my 6 mix pack
    then what pin is it asking?

    If Lost is tagged as adult material, it may require a PIN before 8pm. If you haven't set up a PIN, it's the last 4 digits of your viewing card.

    You can get your viewing card number by doing this

    click services, press 4, press 5 and it's on that page :)
