Saw it last night for the first time in ages.

Anyone have any thoughts on it?

Its a great film IMO. I love the 'Your not hardcore' song, it is funny. It is one all the family can enjoy.

    +1
Decent film, nothing brilliant, but a good watch for the family.

Does have the distinct advantage of having your kids going round the house afterwards singing Zeppelin and Ramones tunes instead of High School feckin Musical or Camp "Rock" ones - my 9 year old daughter was converted immediately!:D
It's a big pity that Tenacious D are so rude though because the kids start looking for their stuff when they know Jack Black is in it.

I liked it, it had some great moments in it (him ad-libbing a song about his band kicking him out and rent-barons/ telling the parents how much their children had touched him)

I was very impressed to find out the kids had played their own instruments.
