ipod touch disaster please help

    i just got a new touch today and after a while the safari and youtube icon went off the home screen, so i quickly pressed " Erase All Contents & Settings " .........

    how bad is this? please help

    i don't understand what happened or what you pressed, don't worry it's not bad, nothing is irreversible. what were you doing when they disappeared? where did you select "erase all contents & settings"

    Did you maybe moved them to a second home screen?

    I actually had some icons randomly disappear off one of my ipod touch's...all I could do was re-install the firmware.

    well everything that was on your ipod touch is gone

    but you can add everything back from your Pc
