how to stop b2b etc stealing focus

wondering if anyone has managed to stop b2b stealing focus. eg when you have multiple tables open and about to do something, another table pops up and you have to click back to the last table. I have set foregroundlocktimeout in the reg to 30d40, or should i say thats what it came as default, so that didnt work
