my brother is having his wedding reception in a marquee and am just wondering about the bar . Whoever gets the bar would they have to pay the bride and groom to do so,to help with costs.

I'm not sure I understand your question ?

Why would the bar provider have to pay the bride and groom? Surely for providing the service (and covering any licensing issues, don't forget), the bride and groom will be paying them?

well the amount of money the bar would be making it is over two nights

But can you gurantee them x amount in sales? Are you going to draw up a contract with charges if this isn't met?

I realy doubt a bar company is going to bid for this venue, it's not the Ryder Cup.
It's going to be the wedding couple paying for this, not the other way around
