Is there anywhere I can go to buy a cricket bat in the Dublin area? (dont want to wait for delivery from the internet).

Also, are there any indoor or outdoor nets to go just for a practice?

    Thanks

Ed Sports (www.edsports.ie) in Ballsbridge is probably the best place to buy a bat.

I am not aware of any free public nets, but if you say where in Dublin you are, most clubs are starting their indoor nets in the next couple of weeks and I am sure they would love to have new members.

There are a few clubs out in that area.

Malahide, The Hills (Skerries), North County (Balbriggan), Rush, and Balbriggan.

All of those clubs have indoor nets startng soon, and as far as I am aware they all train in the cricket centre in North County.

For contact details, check out their websites:
