Big price, given that you could buy them new recently for not much more than that.
That being said, they are a nice bike.

The bike is sold already? In one day, with no pics and for a price higher than new?

    Nice work :)

    Lumen

the only option on adverts to close out the add was to mark is as sold.
I still have the bike but changed my mind about selling.
I hope me changing my mind did not offend you

in fairness, posting notification of your ad here is done with the proviso that we are allowed to discuss it. occasionally the piss will be taken. that's the risk you take.

its not so much a case of caveat emptor as caveat vendolius (or something).

i hope my post has not offended you.

LOL, I was only messing ;)

Interesting about the lack of "withdraw" option on adverts.ie, some of the ads there make more sense now.

Well, in fairness you can put it down as sold and then put a reply in saying why you took it down.

As Lumen says, its a very nice bike and with such little use you should be able to sell it easy, but a realistic price is essential. 67% of the purchase price is a good place to start. There are so many bargains out there now with last years stock, weak sterling and great online options.

Even if you only wheeled it out of the showroom it is still second hand.

Best of luck with the sale though, Dolans have a very good reputation. A friend of mine has a Hercules and its a lovely bike. Of course, he hasn't let me cycle it yet!
