    Anyone know an Apple Customer Service email address for ireland? I've checked the website their support section seems to only deal with itunes and firmware issues

    I'd probably just pick one of the ones on http://www.apple.com/ie/support/contact/ in the meantime and ask them to forward your query to the relevant dept.

    There is an Apple Chap'ple who works in Apple's store at PC World Airside, he may have contact details.
