Local library pages...?

Does anyone know if you can get onto the library local pages?

I followed a link given to us by one of our lecturers:

    http://www.tcd.ie/Library/Local/Endnote/

And it asks for a username and password, and I entered my library user number and password, didn't work. My normal username and password, didn't work.

Can anyone else get onto it?

Or, does anyone know where I can get Endnote? I need it for assignments....apparently....

I downloaded the free trial off their site anyway, so I'm ok for now.

Edit - Nevermind, just found this:
    Personal Licence for off-campus use

Trinity College Dublin has a site licence (Eduserv Chest licence agreement*) for EndNote software and current staff and students are permitted to install a copy of the software on institution-owned or operated machines. If you wish to install EndNote on your home pc or laptop, or on any computer not owned or operated by College (for e.g. computers in Hospitals, places of work etc.), you will need to purchase a personal licence. Members of a licensed site can purchase a personal licence at a discounted rate resulting in a saving on the list price of approx. €100. To apply for a personal licence please download the application form, sign and post to the Sub-Librarian for Electronic Resources, Arlene Healy at the postal address provided. This form is then forwarded on your behalf by the Library to the software supplier who are responsible for processing the order (delivery time is approx 10 days from receipt of completed form by the Library). This situation is analogous to the need for College members to purchase Microsoft Office for home use.
