Hi there, just a heads up on the ProBikeKit warehouse clearance sale. Some great bargains to be had if you are lucky...came across helmets for €15 and jerseys for €12. Free shipping once you select Ireland as your country and £5 off using a voucher for orders over £50. Good luck! :D

What do you think of this jacket? It's only €23 after 75% off...retails for €63 here on Amazon.

Maybe this would be better. Its €32 now...usually around €50. (Some pictures here)

Sorry guys for bumping this thread, but who does PBK use to sent out their orders. Do they come with An Post or a courier. I ordered a few bits from them yesterday and just wondering whats the average delivery to Ireland

Usually 2 to 4 days. Don't know who delivers though.

Depends on the item. Usually it's An Post, but I had a wheelset sent out by courier, and they hadn't put my phone number on it, so it was sitting round waiting for me in some warehouse. I had to chase it up!

I ordered stuff from them a couple of weeks ago and it took 3 days to get to me here in Dublin...they use normal Royal Mail...

Yes, similar delivery times as CRC, sometimes even quicker!

PBK is generally a little slower for me compared with Wiggle or CRC. Still quick enough, within a week of ordering. I did once have an order go a bit missing but I think that was a quirk of the postal system. Took around three weeks but it arrived eventually. It had been opened and re-closed.

Edited, PBK is a bit slower :D It's annoying the way they quote all the prices ex-VAT for EU destinations but they can nevertheless have some very good bargains indeed, particularly the sale/reduced stuff. I got really good Descente bib tights from them for something like 1/3 retail (bought three pairs, which was as well as one was wrecked in the great Boards limb-breaking crash in November.)

Yeah, the vat thing also annoys me, especially when they end up charging the same price for both us and the UK, where as wiggle do charge Irish vat rates for items which they send over here.

make sure you change your settings to 'Ireland' to avail of the free postage....I have used them a good few times now and never paid postage.

To get £5 off orders over £50, do the following. Click on "Refer a Friend" at the top of the page. Send the email to your partners email or just a secondary email address in which you will be given the £5 voucher! NICE :D
