    Hi guys,
Just wondering how one calculates how much CGT one pays on profits from shares sold?Eg if you make 2 grand on a sales of shares, you pay CGT @ a certain rate with an exemption up to 1200 but I understand you write off your losses on your other share against your profits? Can somebody explain how this works in terms of a practical figures example.I am intending to sort this scenario out with Revenue.
    Ta,
    Selig:D
