Where are you based? There was a front end smashed Xsara Picasso sitting in the breakers in Inch, Co. Wex today as of 2pm. Looked complete enough

Tried a few scrap yards today with no luck, actually got the feeling it might be a bit hard to come by. I'm based in Old Bawn in Tallaght, i think i know where inch is, there is a saturday market there. Would you know the name of the breakers yard or phone number. Thanks for the info.

I think it may have been older than '02 (Not up on my Citroens!). The breakers in question is on the old N11 Gorey-Arklow rd (Not the Bypass) just after Inch. There is also another one 10 mins down the rd. It's Feily (sp?) Byrne used car sales/breakers just beside Kilneran (he's on Carzone AFAIK). He has a better selection but you can't roam around yourself.

There are probably some closer to home but they're the 2 I know of off hand. Sorry if I can't be of more help OP. Some of the local dealerships may have phone numbers... :o

There are two different parcel shelves listed for the Xsara Picasso. The difference depends on your RP number. I've no idea what the differences are but it would be worth your while to ensure that it fits and operates correctly before you part with any cash.

Never thought of that will check it out, Whats the rp number? Thanks

The RP number relates the build sequence and is different on each Citroën model. After a certain RP number the parcel shelf changed.

The RP number is usually on a sticker on a lower front door pillar.

Thanks for the info here but the parcel shelf was gone when i rang this morning, looks like a long wait for scrap yards or 300 blips for a new one, if anyone see's one in the meantime it would be great if you could let me know. Cheers for your help so far guys.
