iSight & Skype

I had my iSight cam (finally!) replaced by the lads at the Apple Store in Belfast a couple of weeks ago and it works fine for photo booth etc. but when I use it in Skype it kinda clicks on and off. The light stays on but the visual disappears. Anyone know if it's a Skype or cam problem? Thanks much :D
