Anyone used here? I ordered from them today using the cash on delivery option and the order went through and after a while my order status was "abgeschlossen" which i think means completed but after another while i checked back and it said that i had no orders with them so i dont know maybe its been cancelled or possibly been shipped for all i know. Anyone else experienced this?

They're generally useless at keeping you updated on your order status. Apart from that they're grand.

Musicstore are generally good at shipping. Tho sometimes can be a bit of a bother to find out whats the story. The best thing you can do is ring the fella who deals with music store in Ireland, or ring the company that ships the items with your ref. number.

Whoo,actually i checked back and miraculously the order is back up again:S Well thats weird maybe the email i sent to them worked or something.Anyway thanks for the replies. Its weird that they are using cash on delivery in Ireland and others arent 'cause wouldnt thatd be a strong selling point that should seemingly give them a big advantage over thomann etc? Especially seeing as many people would still be worried about giving cash in advance and never seeing their order arrive. I wonder does anybody know of any UK sites where they give a cash on delivery option cause theyre usually even cheaper than the german sites.:)

Your order is not on the way until you get the UPS shipping notice. When you can that you can track it all the way to your front door. When that Status says i think its Tambwroth GB, you can normally expect the delivery the following day. Also make sure you've the exact change for the COD.

Even though my order is back up i think that abgeschlossen could also mean closed or locked so i dunno, that doesnt sound good does it?

Their customer service is terrible they have over charged me by 600 euro and have been ignoring emails not answering the phone. my advice to anyone thinking of shopping here is to go to thomann instead you'll get better quality and better prices. I will never use musicstore again. Terrible company. They will probably delete this so I will be spending the day posting this everywhere I can find. BUYER BEWARE!
