Art Class for Preschoolers with Special Needs...

Does anyone know what qualifications one would need to set up an art class for preschoolers with special needs (deaf children/Downs/ADHD/AAD etc). It would be set up from home .. small group .. does anyone know of such a place already up and running?.. any help/pointers very welcome and very much appreciated.... Thank you.
