I have the same sort of request unfortunately. I have received my P45 in the post and want to apply for Social Welfare on Monday. I live in Swords, North Dublin. Do I go to Cumberland Street? What I do bring. P45 and bank account details? Have not a clue about the whole thing and tried to ring but no office would pick up the phone!!!

Bring a rent receipt, if your living with your parents bring in proof of what they earn.

Take proof of address (recent utility bill etc) and identify (passport, birth certificate), and relevant work documents (P45, redundancy notice).
