    wednesday 4-5
    thursday 5-7
    and we r tyrin to get one more day

    I'd say since it's out of term time the club isn't on - at least I'm not down there on Wednesdays anyway.

    id lvoe too man. it sounds great up in spartan but u guy strain 5 days a week.

    id never be able too go that much.

    You don't have to train 5 days a week, we've classes on 5 days a week but very few people will train the full 5. Most train 2-3 times a week.

    hey man the club is not training atm im gonna put tht on the site so everyone knows hope ya come down when we back in college goto colums classes hes a great teacher

    he does know his jujitsu
