Will the controllers, wheels, fit board etc from the states work on a Wii bought in Iteland. My sister is going to the states and wondering if she can buy the kit there, it is a fair bitt cheaper. The wii remote on sale in Amazon US looks differenrt from the onr in Smyths.

The question is, will it work on a Wii bought in Ireland.

I have just had 2 wiimotes and 2 nunchuks bought back from the US, work perfectly. Saved a good few squid.:)

The Wii itself is region locked so games bought in the US would be no good for a Irish Wii, but all the peripherals work. Motes, balance board etc.
