    Hi all

We've discovered that our company did not paid PRSI contribution for 2007, however payslips and 2007's final P60 shows that PRSI has been paid for full year, 52 weeks.

But in Revenue and Social welfare systems is zero.

People are extremely disappointed and angry about that, they just not exist in social security system.

What could we do about that? What the legal way to sort this problem?

Although the payslips and P60 show the PRSI this does not mean it was paid. It seems the company have filed the correct figures but there is a difference between filing and paying.

I see the difference now. What can I do about that?

Have you and the other affected employees been in contact with the Revenue about this? It's the employers duty to pay Employers PRSI contributions so if they've failed to do so they will owe money to the Revenue that is ultimately recoverable as a debt through the courts if required.

We all are waiting letters from Social welfare and with them we are going to visit Revenue commissioners
