    I have a trixbox set up in my office to handle my phones, the problem i am having is that during a call dtfm tones are not being passed,

    for example when i go to check voice mail can input my password, i am keying in all the right numbers but im getting 'password incorrect' responce. its happening to all extensions. Same if i dial blueface office and i can't pick from their ivr (press one for this ,press two for that) And i can make and receive calls no problem.

    Ive done a reboot and update of the trixbox.:confused:

    Make sure that you asterisk and ip phones have been set to the same type of dtmf signalling for a start. Had similar probs myself, but not on trixbox.

    thanks wexfordman,

    All i had to do is set send DTMF Type to "via RTP (RFC2833)" on the phones.

    Thanks again

    I have it working fine now I had to edit the sip_nat.conf
    then i saw the following

    localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

    i changed my localnet about a week ago to 192.168.42.0/255.255.255.0 (as i was testing a vpn)
    i just changed it back on my dhcp server, and all is fine now. everything works.
