Can I change location so Internet thinks im in USA?

    The IP address leased (WAN IP, not IP local on your laptop etc) to you by the ISP (Eircom, Magnet etc) is the identifier of the country you are in. The ISP buys these in blocks from a larger governing body. Forget the name now. So they know the country and the ISP an IP address belongs to.

    So unless your some genius who can change the WAN IP from your ISP your stuck as been in Ireland.
