Friday Morning Spins

    Are there any dublin based clubs that go for Friday morning group spins, like that of Sword CC thursday morning spins? have been sick the last week and really wanna get back out on the road for a good 80-100km.

    i realize there probably aren't many as friday is normally considered a rest day to most cyclists... but there is a chance right...?

    I may be interested as I am off most mornings.But cant do it 2morrow as the kids are on a half day from school. But in general Fri suits me.Anyone else?
    As far as clubs are concerned dont know of any that do Fri spins.
