I have a fat ps2, the CD tray is jammed about 1/4 of the way out and it's not budging.

On my slim one, it turns on but the screen stays black and nothing happens.

Reckon the fat one might be easy to repair yourself. Just get a set of micro screwdrivers and take it apart and see what happens. I always try fix things myself and im usually successful.(at least half the time anyway :) ) I wouldnt attempt it unless you didnt mind breaking even more though. Otherwise try above website.
