Seller e-mail account "has been disabled or discontinued" - should I be concerned?

    So basically here's the story.

I bought a Flip Video on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290289462414&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:GB:1123) off a seller with 98.9% positive feedback (only 1 negative in last 12 months) and quite glowing positive feedback for her.

It didn't advertise postage to Ireland so after I won it, I sent her a message on Ebay asking her total including postage to Ireland so I could pay her by Paypal.

She sent me an invoice last night quoting international postage of £4.99. I thought that postage seems a bit low as other sellers of this item are quoting anywhere from £10.99 to £14.99. She said at the end of her e-mail if I've any questions, to e-mail her at her personal e-mail account.

I'm quite honest and thought the International postage was a bit low so I sent her an e-mail just asking her is she sure that the postage is enough and that I'll pay a bit more if I can get it insured. I got the following back almost immediately after sending.:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 delivery error: dd Sorry your message to XXXX@yahoo.co.uk cannot be delivered. This account has been disabled or discontinued [#102].
Should I be concerned that the e-mail address she quoted has been "disabled or discontinued"? Or am I over-reacting?

Should I go through with the payment, or notify Paypal?

    Thanks in advance.

I'd contact her again through eBay first. Let her know that the email address she gave, doesn't work, and ask about recorded delivery. Something of that value shouldn't really be sent uninsured, or unrecorded.

Really? With no real consequence to the buyer?

Got her to send it by recorded post "at no extra cost" anyways. She sent it on Monday.. so will let you know when I recieve.

Recieved this today... packaged well and she paid £7.41 for recorded postage (which I only paid £4.99).

Good to see there are still plenty of honest eBayer's out there.
