    Hey Guys

I have to turn up at my local post office this Friday to collect Jobseekers benefit. What do I need to bring with me, apart from ID?

Also, if I do get a job again soon, how do I inform the social welfare people?

i.e. Will a phone call do, do I need to supply details of the Employer?

Do I have to let them know immediately on accepting a job offer, or when I get my first paycheck?

    Any help would be great

You need a social welfare card or a temporary signing card which can be got at your social welfare office a passport won't work or an age card.

If you get a job just ring them and tell them when you're starting.
