Ryanair - Martina / Martoma

I've just completed online checkin on Ryanair flight for Sunday evening and have noticed that my first name is spelt incorrectly on it. It's spelt Martoma instead of Martina. I guess I must have been too hasty in booking flight. Name change fee is 100 euro. I can't change name online as have already done web check-in.

Do you think it's safe to leave boarding card as is? Will Ryanair staff notice? If so, will I get charged to have new ticket printed with correct spelling of name?

With the preprinted boarding cards they will check the boarding pass against the passport when you are boarding the plane. This could be a glance or a detailed check depeding on who you get. It's really a case of whether you are willing to risk it or not.

happened before to another boarder. the name change is when you want the change the ticket for a different person entirely, another money making exercise from ryanair, not if you mis-spelt your own name. don't bother paying the cash they won't bother checking and they'll understand that it was a spelling error and not you trying to flog off your ticket to another person...
