    Hey everybody,

    Hope this is in the right forum, if not then hopefully a mod will move it.

    Question: What are the most urgently needed IT solutions in Small & Medium Businesses and does anyone know to what extent these sort of enterprises make efficient use of their current IT systems? i.e. are there things being done at present, say Customer Support, without an appropriate IT system that could benefit from such?

    I hope people understand the question, I am basically trying to determine how SME's can make better use out of IT.

    Can you elaborate on your question, namely what you believe IT systems are? Hardware, software, management processes, customer orientated processes, jobs/tasks for which there are no current IT solutions available etc..
