Does any one know what is the most amount of outputs you can get on a RF/Coaxial distribution amp ?

We are looking at doing a bit of a renovating in work and we could be possibly looking at 45 outputs over the 4 floors off the building .

    Is this actually possible ?

    Cheers for the help

The Global F280 16 way UHF distribution amplifier is about the sensible limit:-

You could put one on each floor.
How you feed them rather depends on cable lengths and house layout. Basically, you are looking at an hotel layout so expect to pay a professional an 'hotel' price to install it.

You want a professional installer and cable company grade equipment.

Probably a 4 way amp to drive from aerial to each floor (at the aerial) and then a 16 way on each floor. You can split the cable for a floor to drive two 16 way amps.

But the levels all have to be correct and consumer amps can't handle much signal nor many channels. Cable gear can handle higher levels and 77 or 110 channels max.

Without professionals you will end up with noisy and/or herring bone pictures. Professionoal gear can feed 1000 rooms with perfect DVD playback quality.
