    Can you still cancel with no 10 days notice i.e. if it was an emergency or will you still lose you money?

    I've heard people saying that, if a medical certificate is produced, they will look at it sympathetically but other than that, I'm not sure. If it was something serious like a death in the family, I'm sure it would also be looked at sympathetically also.
