    I'd like to know how they went about attaching it to their wrists though as the pictures generally end up just being mostly of my sleeve whenever I've attempted some shots like that.

    From the comments in the video, the author says:
    Its a very simple concept though. 2 riders coming down the fall line while holding a camera. The camera is in a nylon bag to shed snow and it is mounted on a modified handheld monopod.

    So I guess he is just gripping the monpod in his hand?
