    I was looking at the ipod nano, the samsung yp-p2 and the sony nwza829? Can you recommend one for me please. Thanks for your help

    personally i would go for the NWZA829 - classy looking player (I recently bought the NWZ639 though haven't received it yet)

    I would stay clear of the Nano - sound wise the sony will pound it. Battery wise the sony again will come up trumps.

    also, apart from the i-pod touch, I haven't used a touch screen interface I am happy with but I haven't used the yp-p2 yet so can't comment. However, for a small player which is what you are looking at, I personally don't think a touch screen is the way to go.

    Just upgraded by sony 818 to the nwz-s639f (or whatever they call it! christ sony can't you think up a few sexier titles :rolleyes:) today and am loving it. 16GB and the addition of a radio - worth the upgrad imo, even though my 8GB 818 was lovely (and pink!)

    If you are considering the Samsung P2 you might want to check out the newer P3 model instead. I know it's available from the Argos Store in the UK so it is probably available here too.
