Just a warning to people
I ordered Quad shower door and shower base, toilet/cistern and W.H.B. from this company about six weeks ago and had nothing but trouble with them.
Firstly they could not supply me with the items I ordered, even though they had them advertised on their website. They rang,and after a lot of hassle I agreed to substitute items at inflated prices. Was originally told that toilet seat was included in the price but then at the last minute I was told that it was not.
When I received the items there was a leak from the base of the cistern and I had to wait for a replacement.
Fittings and handles were missing for shower door.
When contacting their office in Galway I found them to be most unhelpful.

This is just my experience with this company.

Aquasmart has been operating for 7 years and has constantly endeavored to adapt to the fast pace of change in Ireland. Our biggest recent change was a move from a traditional store to an online model. The challenge here is to maintain quality of service without the luxury of having the customer standing in front of us.

The advantage to the customer is that the move has allowed us to reduce our overheads greatly and pass the savings on to the customer, as is reflected in our prices.

In this case we hold our hands up and say ‘We dropped the ball’ we are not going to make any excuses but we will say that this customer transaction was something we studied and figured out how it went so wrong.

Different departments made small mistakes that ended up snowballing into one bad experience of our customer, for that we apologies.
