Hi lads, anyone know where I can get spare magazines for a Sig P226 online? Preferably genuine Sig.

So far locally I've been quoted 42 euro each for Mec-Gar and 80 euro each for genuine Sig mags.

    Cheers, Murph.

I also have a 226, I got a bunch of Mags direct from MecGar, they shipped them from the states without any probs, the prices will be way better even with the shipping cost.
The Sig Mags are produced by MecGar so they are actually Sig Mags without the Sig Logo

The package said "Stamped Metal Parts" so it was delivered straight to the house, couldn't be easier

Its going great have it two years, put a fair few through it, not as many as I would like though. Great piece of kit, I think I might change the sights though, ammo wise I shoot whatever I can get cheap, the 226 doesn't mind whose name is on the box it just keeps Rocking, cleaning is fairly easy just a few places require Cotton ear buds to get too. Generally can't be faulted..

Do you enter any competitions with it?

Have a 226 for 2 years. Got 3 spare mags for about € 40 each just after I bo ught it. I have fired over 6000 rounds with a variety of ammo, have only 2 jams. Recoil spring still good, carefull cleaning brings befefits. The 226 is very reliable and well made with no wear visiable.
