    Howdy,

    Im looking to pick up a pair of these somewhere, any ideas?

    THe usual (Hmv, Zavvi) don't seem to stocl them, and with good cause as the gamecube is bit outta date now..

    Does anyone know were ye can pick the up in Dublin??

    Id like to avoid buying them online cause i don't have a credit card...

    You can buy online with a 3V voucher, but you need to register for a card first. Then all you do is go into one of the shops listed on the site, pay cash and get a voucher with a credit card number you can use online. I havent used one for a while but it used to be a fiver per voucher I think.

    I would still go for a second hand official Nintendo Gamecube controller over a cheap new version.

    You might have a problem getting some gamecube joypads, I haven't seen any around in any stores. I definitely think online is your best way to go. Just ask a friend or a family member if you can use their card if possible. If not the 3V thing is a good idea.

    there is a games shop on talbot street that should have them, they stock loads of retro stuff. its down the connolly station end beside spar

    Was in Game this afternoon, there were Gamecube ontrollers advertised as been E8 in their sale, didn't see any on the shelves though. thats a pretty good bargain IMO.
