There is a large well equipped kitchen - 2 fridge-freezers, electric cooker, microwave etc. There is also a shared living room which is very spacious with a large dining room table seating 6. A new 26 inch screen tv has been installed. In addition the house is equipped with NTL and wireless broadband, there is access to a large private garden and on street car parking is available. Centrally located just of Manor Street in the heart of Stoneybatter this house is close to all amenities - 20 mins walk to City Centre, 10 mins to Pheonix Park - close to the Four Courts, Blackhall Place etc. The area is very well serviced by public transport with a bus stop directly outside the house (bus no 39), and the LUAS only 5 mins away and must be viewed to be appreciated. You would be sharing with 3 friendly, non-smokers, two Irish 26 year old males both professionals, (one Teacher and one trainee Solicitor) and a Polish 26 year old IT specialist. The room is not suitable for a couple - a clean, professional and friendly non- smoker is desired. Rent is very reasonable at €395 per month excluding shared bills - NTL, Broadband, ESB etc... A deposit of one months rent is required.
