Suggestions for weekend away in Europe with GF

    Hey,

    Thinking of heading away Valentines w/e with the gf. Not looking to go somewhere too expensive(both in fares and accom) ... the auld romantic!
    Any suggestions, Paris sounds good but flights were a bit pricey and im sure accomodation will be v expensive that w/e.
    Is Brussles any good for a weekend?

    Suggestions welcome!

    Why not try Bruges, fairytale romantic kinda city. Brussels is a bit boring at the weekends IMO as all the politicos are out of town. Or would you be willing to travel further? Krakow & Prague both offer cheap prices and are good for a couples weekend. Another consideration is Barcalona, you might even get some sun that way.
