USB wifi problem

I bought a usb wifi link here http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-bh-49-en-70-1g1l.html but I can't set it up so that I can connect my Nintendo ds or PS3 to it and use it as an access point for the internet. At the moment my PC is connected the internet using the usb mentioned above, my broadband is coming to a Btvoyager 2110-43 wireless modem and my PC is in the next room which connects to the Btvoyager no problem but I just can't figure out how to open up the usb dongle as an access point . I'm using vista. I'd be delighted if someone could help me out here.

Easier to show in pictures but I'll try in text...

START button > Control Panel > open up "Network and Sharing Center" > Click the "Manage Network Connections" option on the left of the panel > double click the "Wireless Network connection" icon > click the "properties" button > click the "Sharing" tab up the top > put a checkmark beside the option called "Allow other network users to connect etc.,. ...

Should be able to figure it out from there.

Not sure if that will do exactly what you want it to do but it might help point you in the right direction.

Also remember to turn off all powersaving options in vista for your wireless connection, otherwise you'll just end up frustrated trying to figure out what the hell is causing the high latencies and slow speeds on your USB wireless connection.
Control Panel, Power Options, Change Advanced power settings...
Wireless Adapter Settings > Power Saving Mode > set to Maximum Performance
