BJJ classes in limerick.

I was wondering does anyone know the days/times fergal quinlans bjj classes are on in UL?i'd appreciate any help- thanks lads

I think ul is starting back up next week times are mondays at 9pm, wed & thurs not sure time.

ha ha ur doin all the replying to my threads!fair play to ya! yeah i used to do bjj up in dublin and was told that the crossfit workouts are the best for grappling fitness! i was out there a while back in ur gym doin muay thai with rob ng but i got injured n never got back into it! any chance i could come down and have a go at the crazy monkey?ive heard it brings ur stand up game to a decent level fairly fast?? wat days do u guys train out in caherline?thanks ger

If you have the chance, try and train with both Ger out in Caherline, and Fergal in UL. Ger will bring on your stand up game very quickly, and Fergal is very technical on the ground, plus theres a good froup of guys in both clubs

Ger runs his classes monday, wednesday and friday, 8 till about ten
