How do I get a monthly pass ID card?

So when I moved here in August I bought a monthly pass from Skerries station and asked them how to get the ID card that is supposed to go with it. They had no idea at the station, so I went to Pearse station (my daily destination) and asked them. They said they usually issue them there but the office was closed and was being removed from the station. No idea where else I could get one.

So, I ignored it and continued using my pass for 5 months. Last night at Skerries they were checking tickets and I was told I had to get an ID card. Fair enough, I said, where? They didn't know again. So this morning at Pearse I asked again and they sent me to a local chemist shop....strange I thought, but I went along to the chemist. They only do the photos, not the cards.

So, someone please tell me where I am supposed to get this supposedly required card. Thanks.

I know its strange but Dublin Bus on O'Connell Street will do the deal for you while you wait for 3 euro, and they take your photo for you

That card is then valid on Dublin Bus, Irish Rail and on the Luas
