I'm trying to find this US business show that i saw over there once or twice, its also been featured in Arrested Development

I thiknk its on cable, basically theres this bald chubby guy who shouts at the screen. A lot. Gives people tips on what shares to buy and what ones to avoid

uses lots of mad cartoonish logos and sound effects

Anyone? Or am i just losing my marbles?

It's broadcast in the US on CNBC, daily at about 11pm our time, but for some reason has never made it on to CNBC Europe (where it clashes with the live relay of the NBC Nightly News). This is part of the reason, but also the fact that its content would probably not go down well with regulators in many European countries. Even in the US they have to run disclaimers in and out of every commercial break.

Oh yeah, and the camerawork can make you feel dizzy...
