watching bbc online

    is it possible to watch the bbc iplayer, from ireland.I was going to try changing my ip.to a uk ip. but wasnt sure if it would affect my current settings for torrent etc. im not very sure about this type of thing!

    You can do it no probs mate...

    Pick a UK proxy server from this list here(updated daily) - put the IP and port number into your browser settings and you should be able to watch i-Player no problem. Just be aware that the connection speed might be a bit slower. I use it all the time and it works well on my UTV 7mb connection at full screen on high quality mode:D

    Be aware that these proxies go down every couple of days so you may need to revisit the site to get the latest working ones.

    Changing the proxy setting in your browser will not affect your torrent speeds or settings:)
