LOL, I was considering buying a dartboard.

http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/3000674/Trail/searchtext%3EDARTBOARD.htm is the one you refer to, which doesn't look too great.

The Phil Taylor Unicorn set should be a better buy for €34 or the Winmau Lakeside set for €48. Shame they seem to come with brass darts as opposed to tungsten.

Tungsten is considered a much better quality of dart, but, if you cant throw them it dont really matter...does it?..lol...:D

The cheap effort is "Bristle look paper coil dartboard with target game reverse."

Can't imagine a paper coil lasting long. The others are proper bristle dartboards.

The Unicorn Ecliipse Pro is the best by far. It has diamond wire which means no bounce outs, it's staple free and wears fairly well too.

that board is made of paper wrapped in rings and falls to pieces incredibly quick. I had one when I was younger. I just bought the phil taylor one and the case is quality, the board is much better quality, but the darts leave a bit to be desired. I've broken one already, but they're just cheap ones. Paid €33 myself and it's well worth it.

This is what annoys me about Argos.

This set in Ireland costs €48.79. This same set in Argos UK is £34.49 which is about €37.50 at the mo....

I have this dartboard though and its a great set.

    B~
